Coaching Policy
1:1 Coaching Session Policy
- 1:1 sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. Any unused sessions after this time will expire unless an extension is requested and approved in advance, subject to availability.
- Coaching packages expire after 90 days from the purchase date unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the package. For example, if a 1-month package is purchased on January 1st, 2025, it will expire by April 1st, 2025 (1 month + 90 days).
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule their sessions up to 12 hours before the scheduled meeting at no additional cost.
- Reschedule requests must be communicated in written form ( email ) and are subject to availability. Luxe Fortuna Coaching will make every effort to meet a reschedule request for a sessions within 5 business days, subjected to availability.
- Rescheduling within 12 hours of the session will incur a $15 rescheduling fee, unless there is a valid medical emergency with supporting documentation.
- Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
- Clients who do not attend a session will forfeit the session and be charged the full session fee.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the remainder of the session and be charged for the full session fee.
- If a session is shortened by the client, the remainder of the session is forfeited without refund.
- If a session is missed due to technical issues caused by Luxe Fortuna Coaching, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
Refund Policy
Luxe Fortuna Coaching is committed to supporting clients’ satisfaction and goals. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
General Refund Terms
- If Luxe Fortuna Coaching terminates the contract, the client will receive a refund for any unused sessions at the original package rate, processed within 30 business days.
- If a client cancels a prescheduled session within 12 hours, Luxe Fortuna Coaching reserves the right to retain the full session fee unless there is a verified medical emergency or valid documentation provided.
- If a client has purchased a package but does not use any sessions, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a 4% processing fee.
Refunds for Partially Used Packages
- If a client requests a refund for a package after using some sessions, the completed sessions will be charged at the standard 1:1 session rate (not the discounted package rate). The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Example: If a package for 4 sessions was purchased for $600 and 2 sessions are used, the refund will subtract the 1:1 session rate (e.g., $179/session), and the balance will be refunded.
Unused Sessions in Packages
- Refund requests for unused sessions in a package must be made within 6 months of the purchase date. Clients are eligible for a 75% refund of the remaining session value based on the package price.
- All coaching packages expire 1 year from the purchase date.
Package Return Policy
- Unused Packages:
- If a client purchases a package but does not use any sessions, they are eligible for a full refund minus a 4% processing fee and any applicable transaction fees.
- Refund requests must be made within 6 months of the purchase date.
- Partially Used Packages:
- For packages where sessions have been partially used, the client will receive a refund for the remaining sessions.
- Sessions already completed will be charged at the standard 1:1 session rate, and the balance will be refunded.
- Refund requests for partially used packages must also be made within 6 months of the purchase date.
- Package Expiration:
- All packages must be used within 1 year of the purchase date. Refunds for unused sessions will not be available after this period.
- Multi-Session Package Pause:
- Clients may pause their package (applicable to 3-month and 6-month packages) for up to 1 month during the package term. A $15 pause fee will apply.
- Non-Refundable Packages:
- Packages purchased as part of special promotions, discounted offers, or bundled services are non-refundable, unless Luxe Fortuna Coaching cancels or terminates the service.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- Clients must provide written notice at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
- If a session is canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited and charged at the full session fee.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products (e.g., workbooks, templates, or course materials)
- Workshops
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)
Procedure for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made in writing and include proof of purchase.
- Refunds for unused sessions or packages will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
