About Me
Hi, I’m Oyshi!
Performance Coach, Agile Certified
Technology & Finance Project Manager, Adventurer, Traveler
Based in New York City, USA

I have a background in philosophy, art, languages (I once spoke six!), neuroscience, and religion, with a major in psychology—focusing on organizational, developmental, and positive psychology. My personal and professional life has equipped me to navigate and support others through learning disorders, motivation challenges, imposter syndrome, and the neurobiology of illness, finding the meaning and purpose within one’s life. Additionally, my exploration of philosophy, metaphysics, and spirituality has enriched my understanding of how the mind and body are intricately connected to our reality. This incredible journey of growth and knowledge-seeking has allowed me help others find profound meaning and purpose.
Past Experience:

Over the past decade, I ventured into technology, organizational psychology, finance, and banking. I worked as a technology consultant and strategic advisor, leveraging my psychology background to drive enterprise-level transformation in efficiency and goal-setting. Leading projects for one of the largest banks in the United States, I’ve coordinated global efforts involving up to 350 teams, implemented strategic growth initiatives, and made impactful contributions to the structure of global markets. These roles have been challenging, dynamic, and rewarding—meeting many external definitions of success..
